Plan for two 60-minute live classes plus one to two shorter sessions using the on-demand library. In total, most students spend 3–4 hours per week inside the course.

A yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and enough space to stretch your arms and legs. A cushion, blocks, and a strap or belt are helpful but not required.
